Damn appendix and here I am!

I'm not very tolerant of pain either. Maybe I can go home tomorrow, though. Why didn't I know that your shoulder would KILL you after an appendectomy? Who knew!

I had an appendectomy at 6 mos preggo. Talk about pain. And yes the air actually hurts worse than the actual surgery which is just craziness to me. I walked around my hospital room post-op hunch backed going "OMG I just want to fart!" so that I could get all the air out of me. It hurt to move especially in the shoulder area.
