Things are not terrible, but not great either
Came back to the ER around 9:30 last night with a fever of 101.2. They attempted the spinal tap around 12:30, but it didn't work. We were finally taken to our pediatric room at 4-freaking-30! (you better believe someone's going to hear some complaining!) They want to monitor him for 48 to 72 hours to make sure he doesn't develop any other symptoms than fever and to keep him on IV meds. I'll try to update on Flickr as I can.

I am praying for all of you and sending get well vibes your way!

i hope southern baby is ok! i'll say a little prayer for him.

You poor thing, I hope your little angel is on the mend, my daughter needed a spinal tap on the day of her birth , I am always tortured for the little ones that must endure these things, she was fine after antibiotics and oxygen for 4 days, pneumonia is what they determined , at birth, but she is 6 now and robust , but sensitive and sweet, well as often as a 6 yr old girl needs to be.
Well wishes to you,
Chris
