« Oh, the drama | Main | Day out with Thomas »

Hi-ho hi-ho it's to the city we go...

Here we are in Nashville this weekend to shop, eat, have a break, and mostly go see Thomas the Tank Engine! Chase is so excited...it is about to drive us crazy (but in a good way). My mom had bought Chase a few things for fall, and a cute denim pea coat, but she got them all in a size 4T. Chase just now grew into a 3T pant, so I had to exchange them this afternoon. I completely forgot all the Labor Day sales that have been plastered on the telly and newspapers, and I paid for it dearly. The crowd was unbearable! Gymboree didn't even have 3T's in most of his stuff. Baby Gap was packed. I had to wait 20 minutes in line to check out. What is it with me and stores? Why do people seem to have a dumbass attack when they are in front of me in a checkout line? We bought a few things, then got the heck out of there! We are staying downtown Nashvegas tonight (because the train station is downtown, too). Chase loved walking around 2nd Avenue with all the people. Well, we're off to jump in the bed and watch the rest of the Notre Dame game...I'll post pictures from the train station tomorrow or Monday (yay! Monday is a holiday! NO SCHOOL!!).
