What is it about movies like this - that you just happen to find on t.v. - that make you sit down and watch the entire thing? I even found myself eagerly awaiting my favorite parts. Did you know that there are talks of Paramount remaking Footloose? I'm not sure that it'd go over very well, but then again...this is coming from the person who is blogging about Footloose.

Can you believe that as much of an 80's freak as I am, I didn't see this movie til a few years ago? And I ..didn't...like it... doh.
However, my friend and I went to see the broadway production of it, so that's probably what tainted my view...

I caught that when it was on the TV the other day too. A strange pull it has. And Kevin Bacon really dances his ass off.
